We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support firm activity. We are looking for someone who is efficient, reliable, willing to be an integral part of the team and can multi-task. This person will be resourceful, a good problem solver, pay attention to detail, possess good time management and superior organizational skills. Excellent typing skills and a pleasant telephone manner are a must. We would like this person to be computer savvy and be able to handle confidential material. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Our ideal candidate should have/be:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
· Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
· A positive attitude and friendly demeanor– even when things get tough.
· Excellent typing skills.
· Superior organizational skills.
· Ability to handle confidential, sensitive material for our clients.
· Team player
· Computer Savvy
· Prior Administrative experience
Previous experience at a CPA firm is preferred, but not required. Working knowledge of CCH Axcess is a plus, but not required. This position will entail some weekends and extended hours during tax season.
