Visiting Angels is searching for a part-time (20 hours/week) Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with a strong work ethic. This position is responsible for assisting with the coordination of services between clients and caregivers, for the implementation of schedules, adequate staffing and continuity of care to the best needs of the clients. Visiting Angels is a national, private duty network of home care agencies. We are proud to be the nation’s leading provider of non-medical senior home care services.
Compensation/Benefits

Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for maintaining office hours Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
- Responsible for handling office calls
- Answering office phones during normal business hours
- Responsible for performing miscellaneous clerical tasks assigned by director
- Assisting with scheduling interviews for potential employees
- Responsible for assisting the office with activities of the patient/caregiver relationship which can include the following but not limited to:
- Data entry and filing
- Assisting with caregiver orientation/training
- Assisting with maintaining caregiver and client schedules
Qualifications
- Excellent references
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer/database skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
