Administrative Assistant/Intake Applications: Critical Repairs Division

Summary:
The successful candidate will manage the "intake" process for all Critical Repairs clientele, assist with filing for all grants.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the "intake" process for all clientele.
- Complete all intake applications, including financial profiles and create files for each applicant.
- Handle all correspondence and communication with the Critical Repairs clients.
- Assist the other Grant Administrators with filing for all grants.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.
- Prefer some previous non-profit experience as an employee or volunteer.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- EXCELLENT customer service skills.
- Desire to ASSIST and SERVE others.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 9 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
