This small, newer 80 resident room facility is located just 30 minutes west of Colorado Springs on a hospital campus in a small mountain community.
This 5 Star facility is unique besides having all private rooms. We have multiple units serving different levels of care.
We offer memory care, LTC and Rehabilitation and therapy. Each wing has individual dining and living areas with fireplaces.
We are offering competitive benefits with a salary range of $105,000-$115,000 for the right leader of this dynamic team.
