IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Technical Coach to support our contract with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of Information Technology (OIT).
As the Technical Coach – Adobe Experience Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing a strategy for IT enterprise architecture and government systems with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform
- Developing workflows and integration endpoints with AEM and various IT platforms
- Develop technical Proof of Concept (PoC) using AEM Forms, Sites and Assets as a viable option to meet the business needs
- Develop Analysis of Alternative (AoA) presentation for IT Demand Management (ITDM) business requests to align with enterprise platform capability
- Coaching the enterprise on various IT platforms and the interoperability of various IT platform environments
- Coordination and communication with customers
- Requirement gathering and documentation
- Serve as a Point of Contact for business owners
- Operate and own processes within an Agile environment
Additional Responsibilities include:
- Develop technical documentation as needed
- Develop and support project presentations for customer meetings
- Serve as an advisor to the team regarding process and operations improvement
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years serving in a Software Developer or Technical Coaching role
- Must demonstrate experience designing, implementing, and leading agile coaching engagements for mid to executive level professionals, and emerging leaders
- Experience with software development and integration development within AEM pillars (Forms, Sites and Assets)
- Experience with business process mapping, proof of concept development and technical documentation
- Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation orientation
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with various IT platforms and interoperability
- Experience with developing software products and applications
- Experience with Configuration Management products and best practices
- Ticketing System and Reporting Expertise (ServiceNow)
- Master’s Degree or higher
- Hold a Certified Scrum Professional and/or Certified Professional Agile Coaching certification from an ICAgile Accredited course.
