A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADVANTAGE RM CM SUPERVISOR

As an ADvantage Registered Nurse Case Manager Supervisor, you work hard to take our in-home care above and beyond. The RN Case Manager Supervisor arranges service programs, supervises and teaches other nursing personnel and case managers. Ensures documentation is completed in accordance with agency policy. Manages and supervises the day-to-day office and member service operations. Ensures services are provided in accordance with ADvantage guidelines and members need. Maintain regular attndance and punctuality.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ADVANTAGE REGISTERED NURSE CASE MANAGER SUPERVISOR

• An RN license in the state of Oklahoma and two years of previous ADvantage experience.
• CPR certification within 60 days of hire
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
• Ability to travel long distances and handle frequent schedule changes

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
