Agent Services Coordinator
Job description
Our Keller Williams Realty Ann Arbor Market Center is hiring an Agent Services Coordinator.
This person is an integral part of the Leadership Team, and participates in the operations of the office at a high level. Key areas are the welcoming and onboarding of new agents, supporting agents with the office technology and managing events and office communications. We're looking for a person who helps make our office a welcoming place to be a part of, and a place that people want to bring their business. This role is also responsible for social media management for the office. The Agent Services Coordinator is responsible for agent retention, creating an environment where everyone is known and welcomed.
Our Agent Services Coordinator is:
- Professional and reliable
- Knowledgeable and comfortable with technology, including Microsoft suite, Google suite, social media platforms. Willing to learn new programs and assist others.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally on the phone, through email and in person
- Has a service-oriented attitude
- Ability to make others feel welcomed and special by creating a great environment and experiences
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
