Position Summary:
Digital Solutions Agile Delivery Manager is responsible for strategizing, implementing, and managing initiatives that deliver desired business outcomes. The agile delivery manager will work with team leadership (product owners, scrum masters, project/product managers, functional leaders and/or steering committees) to identify and manage value delivery across digital, business or vendor teams. They will be essential in strategic prioritization while identifying, evaluating, and overcoming risks to the initiative. The agile delivery manager will build the initiative roadmap alongside team leadership and effectively drive that roadmap to completion. They should be able to facilitate these efforts via workshops, big-room planning, ad hoc facilitation and planning opportunities, change management leadership, and effective status/risk communications to teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage strategic initiative roadmap, working with steering committee, product owners or scrum masters and business teams to determine deliverables, objectives, and priority.
Facilitates collaboration between Product Owners, stakeholders and business users to define deliverables, objectives and priority.
Work with development team/managers to break down initiative into deliverables, epics to design the roadmap. Collaborating with Product Owners, BAs and/or identified team leaders on stories and tasks when required.
Manage the day-to-day aspects of multiple agile initiatives by working within agile teams’ (team leads, product owners and scrum masters) and business teams’ capacity to ensure work is delivered to the roadmap.
Create robust change management plans and take ownership of efforts needed to successfully implement the initiative across internal and external customers.
Leverage corporate tools for initiative management and work with teams and initiative leaders on continually improving the initiative experience for all members.
Report on and facilitate communication regarding initiative performance to initiative leadership, scrum teams, executive teams and directors by developing dashboards and reports, tailoring communication to the needs of each group.
Consciously support a workplace culture that is consistent with Bio-Techne’s EPIC values.
Act as agile mentor and evangelist, where required, with a strong focus on finishing and collaboration.
Coach, mentor and coordinate with Digital Solutions Operations team as well as Digital Solutions teams and managers to improve agile delivery and agile transformation efforts.

Education and Experience:
4+ years of experience in one of the following: project or program management, business analysis, product ownership, product management or scrum master
4+ years of experience working with internal and external stakeholders personnel
3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree with 5-8 years relevant experience preferred.
Experience with report outs, creating professional presentations, and message creation
Preferred Knowledge or experience in Marketing or IT initiatives
Detail, data, and process driven
Ability to identify roadblocks, diagnose problems, and generate effective solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience level: 5+ year experience as a scrum master or product owner, 2+ years as Program manager or 2+ years as Agile delivery manager or Agile program manager
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Translational certifications (not required): PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, CAL-E, CAL-T, CAL-O, KMP
Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
Health Industry or Life Science experience
Effectively manages time, prioritizes work and can multi-task across several assignments
Fast and proactive learner who can adjust to different agile team needs
