Amenity Officer

Full Job Description

Department: Public Safety

Reports To: Sergeant

FSLA Classification: Non-Exempt

Starting Pay: $14.00/hour

Primary Duties:

· Enforces community rules and regulations.

· Conducts foot patrols.

· Conducts amenity checks throughout shift.

· Works closely with Public Safety Patrol Officers

· Performs all other duties as directed.

Requirements:

· Proof of valid COVID vaccination.

· Prior Public Safety experience preferred.

· Ability to deal professionally with the public.

· Strong communication skills.

· Must possess good decision-making skills and a high level of patience.

· Must be detailed oriented.

· Must be able to work with little or no supervision.

· Ability to follow standard operating procedures.

· Must possess reliable transportation.

· Possess flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
