Job Description

• Triaging incoming tickets regarding Microsoft Digital Workplace and Infrastructure incidents, service requests and tasks.
• Providing 2nd and 3rd tier support on troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 related problems during the day and on-call.
• Troubleshooting all Microsoft 365 issues including, but not limited to SharePoint, OneDrive, Office Pro Plus, Teams, and Exchange.
• Providing personal, team, and company-wide training in all Microsoft 365 products and services.
• Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries.
• Publishing and maintaining support documentation for Microsoft 365 products and services.
• Managing Microsoft identities both On-Premises and in the Cloud.
• Administering access and configuring Microsoft 365 communication and collaboration resources. i.e.
• Managing all Microsoft 365 features and solutions deployed to end-users

Additional Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field
• Knowledge of managing SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft through the Microsoft 365 tenant administration
• The ability to create and learn how to custom Microsoft 365 solutions using out- of-the-box functionality
• An understanding of business analysis and requirements documentation
• SharePoint development as it relates to: document management; permissions; content types; configuring web parts; workflows; custom lists et al
• An understanding of the principles of enterprise content management
• Knowledge of configuring and administering SharePoint using Central Administration and PowerShell
• An understanding of IIS, Active Directory, and SQL
