Who is The Prime Company?
The Prime Company is not your usual real estate development company. We take care of every aspect of the development process, we have a team of in-house architects and designers, our own construction team and we manage all of our own properties. This all-in-one approach allows us to control the entire process creating unique projects, that perform exceptionally well.

In the early days of The Prime Company, we had never even heard of the term “company culture: or know that we were supposed to be building culture. We just wanted to build a company that was fun to work at and made a lot of money. We also knew that we wanted to give away a lot of money.

Over 15+ years we have certainly created a unique culture. A culture where we focus on generosity and doing work the right way. Where we value people, integrity, working hard, playing hard, family, vacations, and eating together. Yes, eating together is one of our core values. We wrap all those aspects up into one simple phrase, one that we stole right out of the bible; “love thy neighbor.”

Our employees are our neighbors. We want to treat our employees the way we want to be treated. We want them to have time for their families. This is why we have our annual Family Retreat, where we take our employees and their families to the mountains to get away and relax together with other families from the company. It is why we have a family lunch every week where we provide a meal for our employees and their families to eat together with the other employee's families. It is why we have unlimited vacation, so our employees can be there with their families when they need to be there for them. It is why we are a “Best Places to Work - Multifamily” award winner.
