Our Apparel Production Manager will led our design/production team to meticulously craft each silhouette for unparalleled fit and support. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion and excited to be a part of NOLI's growth, as well as adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing all facets of production for a women's activewear brand and managing products from start to finish.
• You will work with the design team and technical design team to ensure TPs are comprehensive and meet the product’s goals for delivery, function, cost, fit.
• Review and approve lab dips, samples, strike offs and samples.
• This person will communicate with domestic and international sourcing offices and vendors daily on design, development, delivery and/or cost related issues.
• Creating purchase orders with manufacturers and fabric suppliers, domestic and international.
• Following up and monitoring fabric and trim orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish and monitor time and action calendars to hit target delivery dates and negotiate costs, suggesting alternatives when relevant
• Keep track of ecommerce inventory and production fabrics and trims.
• Create and maintain excel spreadsheets weekly, including line lists and inventory reports.
• Communicate with sales teams and buyers on submit and sample approvals
• Communicate with the warehouse team about inbound and outbound shipments
• Coordinate logistics and shipments from domestic and international manufacturers.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and pivot when necessary.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Ability to maintain confidential information

Education and Experience:

• 3-5+ years of product development experience is required.
• 3-5+ years of logistics preferred
• Experience in the Action Sports / Street Wear or Apparel industry desired.
• Must possess strong knowledge of costing, garment construction, pre-production and production coordination.
• Adobe Illustrator knowledge is preferred but not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
