Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CAD and database system operation/document generation, or related experience
- MS Excel Specialist including skills like VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and writing macros
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (Informatics & Computing or software engineering related preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in directly supporting software applications in the Production Industry
- Knowledge of Windows and PC hardware installation, including baseline troubleshooting skills
- General knowledge of Network Terminology, experience troubleshooting Active Directory
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a small team environment
- Minimum knowledge of SQL, and PHP preferred
- English speaking
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of CAD/CAM Applications to support employees
- Help maintain and update CAD database
- Manage users’ expectations to ensure satisfaction with CAD, CRM, and other applications
- Ensure that every user is treated professionally and with respect
- Log, research, and accurately resolve complex customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner
- Effectively interact with Quality Assurance to report bugs identified by customers
- Ensure proper escalation occurs for unresolved issues to ensure the customer remains satisfied
- Gain and maintain current knowledge of internal Support Policies and Procedures
Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
