Job Title: Applications Support Specialist

Summary
IP Pathways has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging position in an ever changing industry! Applicants must have experience providing end-user application administration and support. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and be very detailed oriented. This Applications Support Specialist role is a salaried, full-time position and will be located in our Urbandale, Iowa office.

Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide end-user application support and administration for the organization’s applications which include Tugboat Logic, ITBoost, ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Automate, and other applications as needed
• Perform onboarding and offboarding of user access to applications
• Provide training to end-users as required
• Act as the subject matter expert on specific organization applications
  • Training will be provided
• Assist with creating and implementing standardized processes in regards to the organization's applications
  
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

• 3-5 years providing application administration and support
• Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Candidate must be able to multi-task while also maintaining quality
• Candidate must be able to work independently and in a team-based environment
• Candidate must be organized and extremely detail oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
