We’re searching for a full-time Appointment Setter to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our company, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and scheduling appointments with our acquisitions team. Responsibilities
- Call new leads quickly that fill out forms online that they are looking to sell
- Answer inbound inquiries and lead calls, analyze their reason for selling, and make sure they feel seen and heard
- Manage team member schedules, including setting appointments for acquisitions members, to foster company growth
- Following up on all leads with a core focus of converting those to appointments, building rapport with our leads, and following up on all appointments ensuring success for each completed appointment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure all leads are followed up on appropriately
Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience is highly valued
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Experience setting appointments is ideal
- Experience in real estate ideal
- CRM experience is a must

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
