Montgomery Roth Architecture & Interior Design, LLC provides full architectural & interior design services specializing in the hospitality, commercial, and residential industries. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Montgomery Roth is a small firm that has been helping clients create their dream designs throughout the United States and internationally for the past 23 years.

Intermediate Architect:

We are seeking a strong Architect with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience. Candidate to have experience in commercial, hospitality, and residential design. Candidates are required to be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. The ideal candidates must have strong communication, writing, design, and production skills.

Tasks:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Work with senior staff to collaborate on the design and production of documents.
• Prepares design and construction drawings with supervision.
• Assists to coordinate architectural drawings with drawings from other professional disciplines related to each project.
• Assists to prepare, review, and approve submittals, correspondence, change orders, and shop drawings. Completes and maintains project files.
• Assists to perform field surveys and gathers pertinent information required to accomplish design and construction drawings.

Skills and Requirements:

· Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience post-graduation.

· Submission of a professional portfolio of completed work samples.

· Preferred commercial experience in the following project types: Hospitality (Restaurants, Bars, Night Clubs, Casinos, and Hotels), as well as Residential Projects.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam software required.

· Good oral and written communication skills.

· Works well in a team environment.

Compensation:

• Commensurate with Experience
• Based On 26 Pay Periods

Hours:

• Office hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. However, we are flexible with accommodating an individual work schedule that works for all.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
