Prodigy Rehabilitation Group, a California based in-house therapy management and consulting company, is looking for an Area Director of Operations. You must be a California license Therapist, OT, PT or SLP, to apply for this position.

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

- Be an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist, with outstanding and proven management, clinical and operational experience in managing multi-site therapy departments within Skilled Nursing Facilities.

- Have vast knowledge of PDPM and MDS related to therapy

- Have a solid understanding of Optima software (NetHealth)

- Well versed in federal and state therapy practice acts

- Reside in California

- Looking to grow with the company and take on new challenges

- Experience interviewing and managing staff

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Have solution driven leadership skills

If you are tired of working 12 to 14 hours a day, 7 days a week for a contract therapy company, this might be the position for you.

Pay: From $115,000.00 per year
