OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Facilities Manager with an ownership mindset to help lead our thriving team!
The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring our venues are in pristine conduction for our guests to have a 5-star experience. The Facilities Manager manages the cleanliness, maintenance, housekeeping, and landscaping of their assigned venues. The overall look, feel, functionality, and ambiance of the venues inside and out are their responsibility. This position reports directly to the District Manager.

$20.00 per hourPart-time, hourly
Ability to work Weekends/Nights and Holidays as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Location: Hidden Falls, Spring Branch, TX
Experience:
Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC recommended
Knowledge of groundskeeping and landscaping practices and procedures
Detailed Oriented and Thorough
Excellent management and supervisory skills
Ability to work Weekends/Nights and Holidays as needed
Ability to speak, read & write English
Competency with MS Word and Excel systems
Education:
2 years + of supervisory experience required
Previous maintenance and/or landscaping experience required
Physical:
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, stretching, bending, climbing ladders, kneeling, and pulling.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Must be physically able to operate power equipment.
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
Other: Submit to a background and drug test, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the maintenance of assigned venuesOversee the assigned venue landscaping which includes but is not limited to basic lawn maintenance
Oversee the assigned venue's cleanliness inside and outside
Oversee the housekeeping functions where applicable
Manage the outsourcing of services as needed to ensure the venues are always in good working order.
Responds quickly to emergency venue issues that could cause issues during events.
Ensures assigned facilities and equipment are ready for regular business and special events.
Inspects and performs maintenance on assigned equipment and facilities.
Maintains the inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment.
Provides recommendations for purchases of new equipment.
Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
Collaborates with appropriate management to prepare and implement the budget for maintenance and housekeeping, and landscaping,
Attend weekly Regional Meetings as required by the supervisor.
Able to perform additional duties as requested by management as and when required.
