The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Company, voted South Florida’s best bagel, as well as beating out Starbucks in the Best Coffee ranking (we roast our own coffee) is looking for dynamic, energetic, passionate and honest people to join our team.

We are looking for special individuals with the passion, desire, and ability to make and bake our Artisan bagels and other House-Made baked goods. We make the BEST, real Artisan bagels ANYWHERE and we can only do that if we have the best people on our team. People who can and want to do the following –

- Truly enjoy coming to work early in the morning (and getting off early too)

- Understand the critical importance of being dependable; ALWAYS

- Work cleanly and stay organized in a fast-paced, bakery environment (hot) - Detail oriented

- Comfortable being always on display to our guests (windows into all Bakeries) - Make from scratch and bake South Florida’s best bagels, always adhering to our high standards - Exceed every guests’ expectations always Quality of life is an important factor in choosing us as what could be your final career move. Our training program is designed to start people on the base level and help them develop and grow with us.

Requirements

• DEPENDABILITY – this position requires absolute dependability
• Early morning availability, starting as early as 3-4am daily, weekends required
• Passion for QUALITY
• Personal PRIDE
• Great image, personality, and a genuine smile
• Bakery/ baking experience would be great but is not required, if you have the desire
