Winnfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to carry out their mission to provide loving excellence in senior care.

As an Assistant Director of Nursing you will:
Provide direct patient care ensure residents receive outstanding care
- Under the direction of the DON, ensures that a sufficient number of qualified supervisory and supportive nursing personnel are assigned for each unit/shift to meet the resident needs.
Oversight of CNAs
Complete required documentation accurately and timely
Represent Winnfield Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in a positive manner

Requirements:
Possess a current RN license
At least 18 years old
High school diploma/GED
Authorized to work in the US
