We are seeking a RN or LPN to fulfill the role of Assistant Director of Residential Care. The role of the Assistant Director is to assist the Residential Care Director, ensuring the necessary care and services are provided to each resident, maintaining the highest level of physical, psychological, social, and spiritual well-being in accordance with the resident care plan and standards of federal, state, and VA regulations. This position also supervises the activities of the direct care staff, promoting the highest quality of nursing services.
This position shares in the on-call rotation.

Experience and Skills:
- Current unencumbered RN or LPN license to practice in the State of Maine
- At least one year experience caring for residents with dementia.
- Collaborative work style
