Common Man Roadside is looking for an Assistant General Manager!

The Assistant General Manager will help support the general manager in the day to day operations of the restaurant. They will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ensure every guest has the Common Man “WOW” experience.

Position Responsibilities:

• Supporting the GM in the direction and planning of the day-to-day operations.
• Leads and directs the work of other staff members.
• Assist in financial Management, including planning and working to budgets, maximizing profits, and achieving sales targets
• Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
• Conduct timely and constructive staff performance evaluations
• Promote positive moral and environment through counseling and leadership with focus on delivering exceptional guest service
• Handle opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation method.
• Assure company policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards are adhered to.
• Maintain clean and presentable atmosphere to ensure exceptional guest experience
• Handle guest complaints, resolve issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner with focus on delivering a WOW experience to our guests
• Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation.
• Assist with company sponsored events and activities.
