Cardiff Beach Bar @ Tower 13 seeks an energetic, personable, honest Assistant General Manager, with a positive attitude, common sense, and a customer comes first approach. If you are a strong leader, team player and able to multitask in a fast passed environment, we would like to talk to you!

Assistant Manager Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Assist our General Manager with training, mentoring, and coaching of the FOH staff

- Assist our General Manager with managing the floor

- Guest relations

- Assisting the staff when we are busy

- Monthly bar inventory

- Opening & Closing duties

- Maintain our high cleanliness standards

- Nightly cash audits

- Track voids and comps

- Social media content and posts --- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WeChat

- Website updates and content via Wix

- Monthly email “EVENTS” communication to guests via mailchimp

- Party/event planning sales and coordination --- You will receive a 3% sales commission on each party booked

- General admin duties

- New Employee onboarding

- Experience with Toast POS, Wix website, party planning, and excel are all a plus!

We are a friendly, family oriented growing restaurant with a full liquor license located in coastal north country San Diego.

Experience:

• Restaurant management: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• ServSafe manager certificate (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
