The Goddard School in Bare Hills is seeking an Assistant Office Manager to join our administration team. The Assistant Office Manager will work to support our Directors, Office Manager, teaching teams and families.

Who We Are:

The Goddard School in Bare Hills (just west of Towson, Baltimore County) is a child care center, rich with hands-on learning and high-quality, nurturing and engaged teachers. Our MSDE Accredited child care center serves a variety of communities including Lutherville, Towson, Mount Washington, Ruxton, Pikesville, Roland Park, Hamden, Baltimore, Rodger’s Forge and Stoneleigh.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the day-to-day operations of the center
  • Maintains the office and orders necessary supplies
  • Updates and maintains preschool policies
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Answers and appropriately direct phone calls to the office

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • MSDE senior staff qualifications
  • Two years preschool teaching experience in early childhood setting
  • A desire to support, mentor and motivate teachers

Logistics:

  • Typical hours are 9 am to 6:15 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
