The Job:

• Lead the company’s safety-first culture
• Own the customer satisfaction process from start to finish, helping clients fulfill their dreams
• Manage all facets of production at the local branch
• Manage construction projects through to completion
• Administer the quality control process regarding building projects at the branch office
• Responsible for hiring, scheduling, and monitoring construction crews
• Enjoy a variety of assignments; no two days are alike
• Company uses green designs and products
• Work in an energetic and fast-paced environment
• Experience a sense of accomplishment and see progress take shape quickly
• High sense of urgency is required

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry is essential
• 3-5 years experience managing/supervising construction laborers
• Must be a motivated self-starter
• Ability to think on your feet and take initiative
• Ability to work independently with little oversight
• College degree in Construction Management of relative experience in construction desired
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Great customer service and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task and manage others
