Associate Dentist

About the Job:

Dental Arts of Westwood is an established, state-of-the-art private, general dental practice, and is currently seeking an associate dentist to join our dynamic team.

Our team is busy and system-oriented. We prioritize the use of the latest technology (including digital x-rays and charting, CAD/CAM, and CBCT) in order to provide the highest quality patient care.

We are seeking an associate dentist with established proficiency in general dentistry, as well as experience or willingness to learn with Cerec. We are seeking someone willing to take continuing education in order to learn new techniques and the latest technologies. The practice is very team-driven with an emphasis on collaboration versus working solo.

Pay range $150,000.00- $250,000.00 (commison pay)

We offer a generous compensation package, with the ability to earn a percentage of adjusted production/collections. Benefits include continuing education reimbursement, health benefits, and 401K.

We have two puppies that come to work with us. They are both hypoallergenic and love to make the patients comfortable when coming in for an appointment.

• Have the ability to maintain a current dental license in State

• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development

• Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service

• Show a strong respect for all of your coworkers, regardless of position

• Are willing to abide by the practice’s protocols for treatment, patient care, and referrals

• Will be able to be part of our monthly rotation as the "on call" doctor, handling weekend and after-hours emergency calls

Your history likely shows:

• 2-5 years’ experience in clinical practice

• DDS or DMD from a school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and American Dental Association

• A reputation for building strong, ongoing relationships with patients

• A passion for participating in marketing efforts to build up a practice’s patient base.
