The Position

Develop, design, build, test, enhance, deploy, and maintain automated applications and solutions that are optimized for Site users' productivity and collaboration via Power Platform and combined with relevant modern technologies. Facilitate local rollout, implementation, and manage of RPA solutions (Robotic Process Automation) based on NN Corporate standard technologies.


Essential Functions

  • Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing. Work directly with users collecting and identifying functional requirements as well as support various projects and solutions. Coordinates with internal process subject-matter-experts (SME’s), operational analysts, business stakeholders and other project teams located locally or abroad to assess current processes and identify and prioritize automation opportunities
  • Document business requirements and data flows, identifying best tool sets, and work processes. Be involved with all technical activities from prototyping to scaling up, such as estimating, sprint planning, software development life cycle activities, code reviews, testing, research, deployments, and documentation creation
  • Advise on risk and order of feature development with the overall goal of delivering valuable, working software to production in a continuous release product lifecycle
  • Create, operate, and maintain service accounts, data gateways, custom connectors, and dedicated production and test environment for Microsoft Power Automate and related Power Platform solutions
  • Maintain current knowledge and necessary documentation of relevant technologies and business processes which includes and is not limited to interface agreements, SLA, guides/instructions, configuration specifications and technical diagrams
  • Communicate, facilitate, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders’ activities related to planned and unplanned maintenance events impacting site users and processes
  • Oversee all tickets originated from Site New Hampshire, focusing on fast and effective support. Prioritize and escalate as needed, based on impact and urgency
  • Resolution of 1st and 2nd level support tickets and activates covering site custom business applications and workflows
  • Facilitate and promote digitalization supporting and enabling our employees to implement technical solutions to automate manual, routine, and repetitive work combining modern technology and cLean mindset
  • Responsible to apply, facilitate, implement, and maintain visual management and metrics to demonstrate performance and stability of relevant processes in the area, identify and propose improvements and corrections applying cLEAN tools such A3’s and process mapping
  • Act as a resource on department and site projects and meets milestones per project plans
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Performs all job duties and responsibilities in a compliant and ethical manner and in accordance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and industry codes
  • Incorporates the Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentials in all activities and interactions with others


Physical Requirements

Domestic and international travel will vary based on business need and travel restrictions. This position may lift up to 33lbs/15kg occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetition including substantial movement of wrists, hands, and or fingers. The ability to speak, listen, and understand verbal and written communication. The ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, and walk. The ability to push, pull, lift, finger, and grasp. Visual acuity to perform close activities such as: reading, writing, and analyzing; operating a motor vehicle or heavy equipment, and to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations. The working environment includes a variety of physical conditions including noise, inside and outside conditions including temperature changes; atmospheric conditions including odors, fumes, and dust.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Computer Science or equivalent) with one (1) year related experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
  • Experience creating user interfaces and/or data dashboards
  • Experience with Power Automate and/or Power BI (MS Power Platform)
  • Experience with variable programming languages like C#, Python, VB Script.Net, HTML, JavaScript, Windows PowerShell and Windows Management Instrumentation
  • Experience with Agile development methodology
  • Experience with Databases (SQL), preferred
  • Strong knowledge and experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, OData, OpenID Connect, Microsoft identities including Azure AD and Microsoft accounts, Azure AD, and permission/consent concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft identity, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph and Power Platform
  • Excellent skills on interpersonal commutations and relationship management to collaborate in a team environment
  • Strong IT Knowledge, demonstrating ability to handle most situations independently and with minimal guidance; able to identify better practice and create improvements in methods, techniques, approaches, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge on IT technical documentation, able to apply SME knowledge to create, review, and approve Use Case, Technical design diagrams and specifications, data flow, workflow, and functional diagrams
  • Strong knowledge on IT Infrastructure, network, and database architecture and maintenance
  • Strong abilities to deal with complexity and ambiguity
