This role will work within our Enterprise Auto Product Development team and work on a variety of projects with a national focus. This role will also support the development of state level product changes. Projects may encompass coverage, UW, rating, process optimization or other business requests.

Develops new or enhanced insurance products, services and customer innovations for the auto line of business. Utilizes market research data to identify, analyze, and evaluate markets, products, or services that are potential areas for the company to enter. Develops and executes strategic plans for entry into new markets or the development and introduction of new or enhanced products and services. Prepares or modifies contract language, develops initial underwriting guidelines and standards, prepare and modify rating rules and oversees development of predictive analytics including pricing models and other predictive models. Analyzes data and information to recommend actions to improve profitability and growth. Will manage relationship of every aspect of assigned product through interaction with relevant departments.

Compensation Minimum:$ 68,200

Compensation Maximum:$ 109,200

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Demonstrated experience performing business analysis, writing contracts and/or developing underwriting guidelines depending upon specialization.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of customer, business industry, insurance, underwriting guidelines and risk concepts in area of expertise.

Travel Requirements

• Up to 10% of the time.

• We may hire at the Senior Analyst level based on skills and qualifications.
• This position is available for remote work based on location.
