We are hiring for an Experienced Parts Associate!

Location: Motoplex (Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz, BMW and Porsche)

JOB PROFILE: Sells automotive parts and accessories to customers and D-Patrick Service Departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists customers in selecting proper parts for their vehicle.

Pulls parts from stock.

If part is not in stock, determines availability and orders parts for customer.

Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other related information.

Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery or pick-up.

Notifies Service Department and the customer that ordered parts have been received.

Provides friendly, professional and efficient service to all customers.

Keeps current on new products and product updates.

Participates in training programs that are available.

Requires being at work on time and have satisfactory attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS: Individual must have basic computer knowledge, ability to work well with others, neat and clean appearance, general mechanical knowledge, and a positive attitude. Individual should be able to read and comprehend instructions and information, be able to work weekends and overtime.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or high school equivalent (GED).

Experience: Automotive knowledge a plus

Salary: $40,000 plus per year
