· Prior Automotive Sales experience REQUIRED.

· CDK/ADP experience is a PLUS.

· The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed & strong negotiation skills.

· Ability to build rapport with clients.

The CA base hourly range for this full-time position is $16.04 and is a draw against individually earned commission and performance incentives. The position is also eligible for bi-weekly commission + benefits. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum hourly range for new hire rates for the position.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in CA role postings reflect the base rate only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
