*Job description* MZ Chevrolet is Wake County's most eastern Chevrolet dealership and we're looking to grow. We're looking for 2 new and used car sales associate eager to join our team and help us with our continued growth. We're heading into the busy season and expect to continue that momentum through out the year and beyond. We have a small team of professionals (4) and are looking for a good fit for you and us.

Responsibilities (Expected but not limited to):

• Watching and greeting customers that walk on the lot
• Answer phone calls with an eager attitude
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must be willing to work internet leads and follow a consistent process
• Team player with a can due attitude and positive demeanor
• Excellent follow up skills and record keeping
• Facilitate test drives and present vehicle options, equipment, and value while following standard sales processes
• Keep track of customers using CRM
• Must be able to operate a computer, phone and manage daily tasks
• Prospecting required
• Prepare vehicles for customer pick up
• Maintain appearance of showroom and lot
• Maintain high quality CSI scores Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Commission Sales experience preferred: 1 year +
• Flexible Availability
• Associates degree or Bachelor's degree will get preference but not required
• Self Motivated
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and function in a high paced environment
• Working knowledge of computers
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check Benefits

• Best schedule in the automotive business! Closed on Sundays, off every other Saturday, 1 three day weekend every 5 weeks. Close at 7 pm on week nights and 4 pm on Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
