WHAT DRIVES YOU AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

As a Service Advisor, you are a vital connection between our customers and our technicians. When our clients come in, you will verify and address the customer complaint as well as communicate what the technician finds to the client. As an employee, you are also an owner so the clients trust your recommendations and know that you have their best interests at heart. You will keep the client updated on the state of repair and will replay any time constraints or concerns they have to the shop manager.

WHAT WE NEED IN AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

• 1+ of experience as a service writer in the auto repair industry

YOUR HOURS AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

This position works full-time in our auto repair shop from Monday - Friday. Hours could be 7:30 am – 4:30 pm or 8 am – 5 pm.
