If you enjoy cutting men's hair and you want to grow in your skills, then Redd's is the place to work. Redd's Men's Cuts is hiring Licensed Hairstylists, Cosmetologists and Barbers in our fast growing and very busy shops!

Redd's Men's Cuts is seeking someone who is passionate about making our Clients feel and look good. We are hiring for full-time. Our shops offer constant training and continuing education that will keep you up to date with all of the current and popular hairstyles. If you would like to learn, we will teach and provide continuing education with all straight razor services.

We have a relaxing and fun environment that supports you and encourages growth. We provide you with the opportunity to make 30.00- 40.00 and hour. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Current cosmetology, barber, hair design license applicable to state requirements
• Willing to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to provide exceptional client customer service
• Reliable with showing up to work
• Good communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a Team atmosphere
• Capable of performing administrative tasks such as completing transactions and scheduling appointments
• Do your part to maintain a fun, drama-free environment that supports and respects each other
• Do continuing education provided by company to improve on current technical skillset
• Make sure that every client walks away from your shop with the best possible haircut and experience
• Work with your team to ensure the shop is clean and meets shop standards

Where are we located:

• You will never be in traffic

We are located 15 minutes from Monroe, Woodinville, and Redmond. and 25 minutes from Kirkland, Snohomish, and North bend.
