Job description
We're searching for a Barista to join our team at our fast paced, friendly coffee shop. The right candidate will be capable of working well both independently and as part of a team, and is self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail oriented and organized. Coffee shop experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a coffee bar and perform various tasks such as brewing espresso, pulling shots, steaming milk, and serving food and coffee.
- Provide excellent customer service to coffee drinkers, food-eaters, and coffee-food adapters.
- Be a strong advocate for the company's mission.
- Extract coffee beans from their protective casings using leverage and sharp objects.
- Provide customer feedback in an appropriate manner.

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
