Requested qualifications:
1 - 3 years of previous barista experience
Proficiency in opening and closing a coffee bar including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas and taking on-going inventory
Required Attributes:
Exceptional communication skills are a must, with a level of kindness and sincerity in terms of meeting and greeting customers
Adaptability, flexibility and understanding will be essential. The person will also need to be able to handle the bounciness of a start up and be able to adjust and pivot accordingly specifically in high stress scenarios
Lead with a servants heart. We want team members who enjoy serving the community and find creative solutions to customer and operational challenges.
Extra Points for:
Ability to sell all things coffee from our catering offering to stand alone products, and upsell breakfast items

Hourly position (Approx. 20 - 30 hours per week)
