Job Description:

Baskin Robbins is looking for a talented and creative Cake Decorator to join our team. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for decorating cakes to perfection, ensuring that each cake is visually appealing and tastes delicious. Your attention to detail and ability to follow customer orders will make you an integral part of our team. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that customers receive excellent service and have a memorable experience at our store.

Responsibilities:

• Decorate cakes according to customer specifications and Baskin Robbins standards
• Use various tools and techniques to create beautiful and intricate designs on cakes
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Communicate with customers to ensure that their orders are completed to their satisfaction
• Work with team members to ensure that all orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Keep track of inventory and supplies, and notify management when additional supplies are needed
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a cake decorator preferred
• Strong creative and artistic skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
