Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer service-oriented, friendly, energetic, reliable, accountable, and honest Crew Members to work in a fun and fast-paced environment. The job includes serving guests, scooping ice cream, building/frosting/decorating cakes, cleaning, handling cash, resolving guest complaints, inventory, lifting tubs and boxes weighing 10 to 20 lbs, and handling any other tasks/projects assigned by management.

Qualities we are looking for: People who take pride in their work, learn quickly, work independently with minimal instructions, detail oriented, driven, great listeners, can handle difficult guest with a smile, can accept constructive feedback, reliable, and a great team player.

1. Must be available within our normal work hours from 11 am to 10 pm.

Flexible hours: We are open daily from 11 am to 10 pm.
