The Boys & Girls Club of West Springfield is seeking a dynamic Site Director for our Before and After School Programs. Primary responsibilities will include the Planning, implementation, & supervision of daily activities and staffing.

Before School Programs open at 7 am M – F & Afterschool programs operate M-F 2:00 to 6:00pm.

Position is approximately 30-35 hours per week and include partial benefits.

Ideal candidates will be at least 21 years of age with a min. Assoc. Degree in education or equivalent studies; experience working w/ children; ability to motivate youth & foster positive behavior; ability to organize & supervise children in a safe environment.

Hourly pay range is $20 to $25 depending on qualifications and level of college degree.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
