About us

We are a thriving bike shop located in Manchester-by-the-Sea with a wide-ranging clientele. Riverside Cycle has three locations north of Boston that are active in their communities through events, outreach and our sponsored racing team. We are all cycling enthusiasts, some race, some like to explore, all of us love get out and ride. The North Shore has great riding on the road, in the trails and gravel! Our employees take pride in our collaborative approach to helping customers, both within our shop and between our sister stores.

While general sales experience is a must, working knowledge of modern mountain, road and E-bikes is a plus. Expect to sell a variety of bikes, accessories and apparel in a relaxed atmosphere. We encourage our employees to expand their knowledge base by learning from co-workers, through online training modules, self-exploration and workshops.

Hard Skills:

• Ability to communicate well and listen to customer
• Working knowledge of bicycle mechanics and components
• Operate our point of sale system and make sales, layaways etc.
• Love bikes!

Soft Skills:

• Good problem solving skills
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work within a team
• Confident with listening and talking with customers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
