We are looking for a New Sales Intake Specialist to join the Alexander Shunnarah Team! The intake specialist will help guide our prospective clients towards the legal representation that they need. This job is perfect for someone who is passionate, confident, experienced and looking to help us grow. We have both full-time and part-time positions available in our operation.

Essential Functions:

• Help retain potential clients in need of legal services
• Answering potential clients incoming calls
• Responding to clients who have reached out via web-forms
• Collecting clients information
• Helping clients throughout initial process
• Resolving problems and handling client's issues in a professional and confidential manner

Skills Required:

• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in fast-paced call center environment
• Must be an empathetic listener
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Must type at least 35-40 WPM

Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time-Monday-Friday 8-5pm

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Extra incentive-$5-$20 per retained client.

Experience: MUST have sales experience.
