Corporate Billing Specialist

The responsibility of the Billing and Receivables Specialist is to issue bills, drawn from contracts to customers in an accurate and timely fashion in line with. Ensure proper licensing and lien waivers in accordance with project locations. Maintain the constant communication between customers, project managers and estimators, and job site superintendents.

SKILLS

• Motivated to work as an integral member of the team.
• Excellent communication skills. Written, verbal and telephone.
• Be numerate to explain payments, financial terms, and credit services.
• Knowledge of full cycle, filing of licensing with Townships, Cities, and States.
• Have good administration and IT skills.
• MS Office User – Intermediate to Advanced
• Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to Think outside the box
• A, can do, and will do attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• AIA Billings for Holland Roofing, Other Investments, and RMM USA Companies.
• Incorporate All Departmental and Administrative Policies and Procedures into daily activities.
• Maintain confidentiality in all matters.
• Organize work process in an efficient manner and prioritize tasks daily.
• Foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure goals are met by ensuring assigned work is done efficiently and timely.
• Participate in projects or process updates as they relate to improving key outcomes.
• Identify adjustments, payment trends and non pays and ensure any issues are resolved or escalated, as necessary.
• File for and maintain licensing at all levels of Government.
• Process Lien Waivers for all Companies.
• Process Credit Card Payments.
• Process Customer Number Requests for Office Managers.
• Review statements before sent to payers.
• Support satellites offices
