What You Will Be Doing
- Work on a smart-AI and automated organizational management system that can be scaled and managed 100% internally.
- Continuous involvement in the development side of things to help reduced hundreds of human-workflow tasks.
- Uses analytical abilities to provide models and/or reporting that are intended to enhance clinical quality.
- With all resources and tools at your disposal, create SQL and/or R programs to collect infusion data for specified clinical quality indicators.
- Make typical summary tables, reports, and analyses, as well as ad hoc studies and analytical data sets that are vital to the success of the organization.
- The capacity to conduct insightful analysis and reports, and to communicate results to management.
- Helps to find and assess internal and external best practices; makes use of available resources to encourage knowledge sharing, adoption, and spread.
- Determine any potential process improvements that could be made to increase performance, quality, or efficiency.
- Encourages system-wide collaboration, networking, and knowledge sharing among clinical leaders.
- Determine program success and effectiveness by analyzing data from present programs.
What You Need for this Position
- MD/DO/MBBS, Nursing, or Pharmacist credentials with graduate study/credentialing in clinical informatics with a deep understanding of clinical workflows and practices
- 5+ years of experience working with clinical ontologies (SNOMED CT, RxNorm, LOINC) and clinical data standards (FHIR, OMOP, USCDI)
- Hands-on experience in healthcare analytics, leveraging EHR data for research, operational analytics, or other related disciplines
- Understanding of how machine learning can be applied for data normalization and transform traditional healthcare analytics
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to communicate with clarity across audiences
