SoHo Bistro & Lounge in Manchester, NH is looking to hire a Bottle Server We pay $5-$10/hr + tips and provide great benefits including 50% off meals during shifts and flexible scheduling. Friday, Saturday, occasional weeknights, 9p - 1:00a.
ABOUT SOHO BISTRO & LOUNGE
Established in 2021, SoHo Bistro & Lounge is a new restaurant and bar serving the Manchester area. With delicious appetizers, entrees, and drinks, anyone can find something to enjoy here! Our managing partner, Barry Longshaw has been in the restaurant and nightclub business for over 30 years and is skilled at creating an excellent upscale dining experience. At night, we invite local DJs to come and play music.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve customers bottles of liquor at reserved tables
- Know how to look for signs of intoxication
- Sell and upsell customers and clients
- Set up and break down hookah (training provided)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience serving alcohol
- Pleasant personality
- Experience with sales
- Knowledge of NH state liquor laws
