Located in Orlando Florida, we understand branding and advertising kits geared to various different types of business. Our main goal is to grow our clientele base while generating revenue for them. Our Brand Associate supports the implementation of plans and initiatives relating to the brand, customer experience and loyalty in order to drive brand equity. He/She also provides support for market research activities to generate relevant market insights for the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collate information on brand equity performance.
• Collect customer satisfaction and feedback.
• Conduct brand consistency checks.
• Coordinate customer loyalty plans.
• Execute activities to communicate business value proposition to customers.
• Assist in desk research through various platforms.
• Co-ordinate brand activities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in a brand management or marketing related role.
• Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, or related area.
• Solid knowledge Marketing Mix.
• Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
• Ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities and projects.
