In order to continually promote and create innovative products that support our vision we are currently seeking a Brand Manager-ZYN in Richmond, VA.

The Brand Manager-ZYN is responsible for coordination with the Brand Director and leadership in the development, execution and tracking performance of overall marketing programs to support and drive sales.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assists in developing annual marketing plans and strategies.
• Works closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing in the execution of approved marketing programs.
• Maintain/ Manage/ Prepare up-to-date records.
• Assists in preparation of product stimulus and questionnaires for consumer panels.
• Analyzes and reporting of market trends, segment analysis, distribution reporting.
• Assists in advertising development and the development of Packaging Materials.
• Assists in the execution of promotional programs and distribution initiatives initiated by marketing.
• Leadership role in Digital Media and advertising programs for the brand.
• Support for international expansion of brand globally including branding platforms, positioning, portfolio development and brand toolkits for extensive market launches.

Ability to perform under pressure. Strong strategic and analytical skills as well as demonstrates leadership and initiative. Skilled in thinking/problem solving, creativity and innovation, initiative, follow through and priority setting. Analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative research. Well-developed communication skills (oral, written, computer.)
