Enchanted Leaf is looking for a few highly motivated individuals that are passionate about cannabis and helping people within the community. We are a customer experience driven dispensary that focuses on helping customers obtain premium cannabis products without breaking the bank.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and customer experience skills. Ex- Greeting customers, recommending product, answering phones.

• Money handling

• Identify customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Support and contribute to the overall sales goal
• Product knowledge
• Safety and compliance
• Adhere to NMMCP guidelines
• Adhere to HIPPA laws and regulations

Skills:

• Reliable and trustworthy
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent communication with patients, co-workers and management
• Excellent cash handling skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service / experience skills
• Able to stand for extended period of time (+10 hours)

Qualifications:

• +21 w/ valid drivers license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable source of transportation
• Self driven/motivated
• +1 year customer service experience required

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
