The role we are currently looking to fill is for Hand Buffing. This position uses a polishing wheel and occasionally may need to use a Dual Action (DA) sander. The Hand Buffer is responsible for polishing steel parts to smooth edges and/or remove excess metal. This person must have an eye for detail and ensure the quality of the parts they are producing.

Prior experience will be taken into consideration when determining starting pay. If you don't have experience no worries, get trained by the best of the best, skilled, industry leaders! But, if you don't have great attendance, don't bother applying!! Attendance is critical to your success and ours.

Hand Buffing is a fast paced, labor intensive position. And, while you will be standing in place to perform this role, you will be continuously moving as you perform this job. The essential functions of this job include the ability to lift 5-10lb boxes.
