Grace Hope Treatment & Recovery Centers, Inc. is actively seeking a Business Development Representative to focus on growing referrals into the Residential Addiction & Substance Abuse Treatment Program. We are a six bed Residential Treatment Facility for Addiction & Substance Abuse located in Southern California. The Business Development Representative will focus on growing referrals into the Residential Treatment Program. The position will focus on developing relationships with referral sources for individuals in the local and national market for addiction clients seeking Detoxification and Treatment for their Substance Abuse.

Candidates will have:

• Experience in business development in the addiction recovery industry or equivalent industry.
• Versatility to cold call into new relationships as well as maintain and cultivate existing relationships.
• Ability to establish relationships and be comfortable speaking with hospitals, medical doctors, psychiatrists, interventionists, Employee Assistance Programs, addiction/mental health treatment centers, community organizations, and therapists in a clinical sale process.
• Ability to market opportunities while developing, planning, implementing, and following through with action plans to grow admissions and the overall brand of the treatment center.
• Ability to exercise professionalism in a manner that reflects a positive image for the organization, as well as the individual candidate, by exhibiting ethics, attention to detail, availability, dependability, and a heart of service for those in need of recovery from addiction.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Work with leadership on developing and implementing a strategic plan for creating new business relationships and strengthening existing relationships leading to increased referrals and admissions into the treatment center.
• Actively prospect, cold call (on the phone and face-to-face) continuously to expand individual's and company's contact list and brand awareness.
• Provide excellent follow-up with prospects and existing relationships.
• Exemplify an attitude of service and availability for referral sources and patients being referred for treatment services.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for activity, leads, and admissions into the treatment center.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales/business development in the behavioral healthcare industry OR an outside sales position.

Compensation:

· Based on Experience and Qualification

· We offer a combination of base salary and commission based on performance.

Other Requirements

· Valid CDL Driver’s License
