Business Immigration Staff Attorney or Counsel

Ulmer & Berne LLP (www.ulmer.com), a full-service, AV rated regional law firm with offices in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, Chicago, New York (Manhattan), DC, and Boca Raton, is seeking an Immigration Staff Attorney or Counsel to join our Immigration Practice Group.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years previous experience working as a business immigration attorney in a law firm. Candidates must have extensive experience with employment-based matters, including H-1B, O-1, TN, and E visas; PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa petitions, including EB-1, EB2 and EB-3. Candidates should have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize their work-load in a high volume, fast-paced environment. The candidate must meet deadlines, as well as be detail-oriented and a motivated self-starter.
