Job description

Has a bachelor’s degree or master's degree related to management and business or healthcare
- Has at least three years of experience as a manager in urgent care and occupational health services/ industrial clinics/ workers comp clinics
- knowing about labor and workers comp laws, regulations, and billing
- Has leadership skills and excellent teamwork skills
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills with the patients and staff
- Multi-tasking, communicating, and coordinating between staff, providers, payers, patients, employers, and organizations.
- Creating staff work schedules, and meetings and tracking all certifications, licenses, and necessary documents for operations
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications, forms, letters, bills, and many more
- Tracking financial activities and acting according to the needs
- Engage in hiring, teaching, and developing skills of new staff

- Great references are required for candidates

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
